Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules change and unexpected circumstances arise. To ensure we can accommodate all clients, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment time, as well as no-shows will incur a fee equal to 100% of the schedule service(s).
